Make internet setting in your mobile as follows.

 Connection Name:- As You want

Data Bearer:- Packet data.

Access Point Name:- rcomwap

Authentication:- Normal

Now Go to advance settings.

Network Type:- IPv4

phone IP address:- Automatic

DNS address:- Automatic

Proxy Server Address(important) :- 10.239.221.22

Proxy Port Number:-8080
